CAUTION
Khalifa took kickbacks for prescribing expensive compound creams, then billed federal health programs more than $380,000 for drugs his pharmacy never even purchased. Khalifa has been a fugitive since his indictment in October 2021 filed by the Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division.
