CAUTION

De La Cruz-David engaged in a scheme to defraud the Puerto Rico state workforce agency (SWA) of more than $133,000 in pandemic unemployment benefits.  De La Cruz-David engaged in deceptive conduct designed to fraudulently obtain multiple-unemployment checks from the SAW by using false social security numbers.

De La Cruz-David was indicted in 2022 by the U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of Puerto Rico.
