The OIG operates a hotline to receive and process allegations
of fraud, waste, and abuse concerning DOL grants, contracts,
programs and operations. The OIG also addresses allegations of
criminal activity and serious misconduct
involving DOL employees. Moreover the OIG has jurisdiction to
investigate allegations of labor racketeering and organized crime
influence in the workplace, including the misuse of union benefit
plan assets or power, labor-management relations, and internal
union affairs.
You do not need to provide
your name or any other identifying information in order to
file a complaint with the OIG Hotline. However,

information as possible concerning your allegations, including:
who is
involved,
when the situation
you are reporting took place and
whether it is
still ongoing,
where the situation occurred,
what happened that was inappropriate
and prompted you to contact the
OIG Hotline, and
how the
situation took place.

National Call Center for further assistance. DOL’s National
